I’m a pracademic, educator, and writer who’s spent my career exploring leadership and learning. I’m now entering a new phase focused on reflective practice, creative work, and what it means to evolve personally & professionally.

The work I offer includes DISC profiling, leadership development, and tailored support for individuals and organisations seeking clarity, growth, and meaningful progress.
