My Story

My journey is built on a strong educational foundation, culminating in a Doctor of Business Administration. My dissertation explored employee engagement in shared services, with my research highlighting the multidimensional aspects of engagement. With the support of the AHRI Scholarship, I am currently expanding on this research to uncover deeper insights. As a pracademic, I bring together real-world experience and academic expertise, offering the best of both perspectives in everything I do.
