Please contact me if you are interested in participating in this research.

I am delighted to announce that in December 2024, I was awarded the prestigious 2024 AHRI Scholarship to continue my research on employee engagement in shared services. This current project builds on my professional doctorate, which focused on employee engagement in shared services within a specific context.
My earlier research laid the groundwork for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these environments. For further information, you can read my research article here.
